Free Shipping on Jewelry
We make every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours during weekdays. We offer free First Class USPS shipping on most jewelry orders. Certain jewelry or other items that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged the standard First Class shipping rate. If you request a faster delivery option you will be billed for the expedited service for USPS Priority (2-3 day) or USPS Express Delivery (1-2 day).
Shipping charges might be applied for certain gift items that are not included in the free shipping that we offer to our jewelry customers, we will give you an estimate of the shipping charges. In cases where the actual shipping cost is more than the amount quoted at the time of your order, you will be contacted with the actual shipping cost before your order is shipped. At this time you will have the option of either confirming or canceling your order.
Orders being shipped to Massachusetts addresses are required to pay a 6.25% sales tax on taxable merchandise.

Please understand that we can only accept items for exchange that are in their original condition and with the original box that we shipped your order in. The customer is responsible for the fee to ship the item back and will be charged for the shipping of the new item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange a return.
Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
